TicketResolve uses account and support-case information to provide the beta service, manage access, and improve the reliability of assisted support workflows.

Support content can include screenshots, ticket notes, generated guidance, generated scripts, and customer reply drafts. Only submit information that you are authorised to process for support purposes.

We aim to keep data handling practical, limited, and aligned with the needs of IT support teams during the beta evaluation period.
